Salient Features

»	The filled bottles moving on conveyer belt are picked up by star wheel one by one.
»	The star wheel brings the bottle below the Cap delivery the subsequent indexing port.
»	In the mean time the bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit.
»	The synchronized sealing head comes down on the temporarily stationary bottle where tightening operations performed.
»	Simultaneously, afterwards the sealing head moves upward and the sealed bottle is indexed out conveyer belt.
»	The sealed bottle is now ready for further operations.
»	Specially designed machine having different head availability of 1 / 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 &12 head for sealing having “NO Container / No Cap, No Sealing feature”.
»	Useful for Bottle size of 30 to 70 mm Diameter & 52 to 210 mm height having suitable sealing cap sealing capacity from 22 to 46 mm cap Diameter.
»	Output speed is 30 / 60 / 120 BPM.
