The basic unit
consists of a conveyors, star-wheel, back-guide,
vibratory feeder, chute, sealing head, safety
device and feather tough control panel. Properly
stoppered containers are regularly fed through
conveyor to the synchronized star wheel
pocket. |

Aluminum caps kept
in the Feeder Chute and then moves till the
retaining fingers of the chute out-let. During
in Ex - ing, container picks up the cap from
chute and transfers the container below sealing
head for sealing operation. Sealing head comes
down and the plunger holds the container
perfectly. |

The sealing rollers
now move inside and complete the sealing
operation neatly. |
